The short current set them up for the long time. Supposedly there's a huge shortage in a hanger space that is conveniently located next to airports, especially ones with good good base operations and stuff like that. It would not surprise me if this is one of those situations where the owner is like like the business is kind of noise and his her net worth is all this land next to the next to the airport. Yeah you got to wonder where this airport is and given this is a Canadian brokerage and they have you know global kind of offices I would be curious where it actually isif somebody were to look at it.
