Are We Going to Have a Pandemic?

I'm not sure how many people will, will give that up. I also think it's in the employer's interest to be able to hire from all over the world rather than just a small number of geographic locations. It's so different to have a life where you can go and spend time with your child between meetings than it is the struggle to try to get home before they go to bed. And maybe for any particular company, there's enough of a population that really wants to work there that they can continue to be successful.
