How to Sell a Property for a Lower Price
Buy at the right price. You find something wrong with it. Negotiate down or scrap it, right? If it's a property, you just don't want because there's zero percent chance someone's going to buy that. It needs to make sense for all three positions. And if one of those doesn't make sense, then you're not aligned and this business model collapses. We get extremely emotional about it. We get invested in it. Oh, shoot. Now I got to call them back and negotiate down. That's where the money can be made.
