The Decline of Commercial Sour Beers

97 percent of respondents reported that they currently brew using all grain methods 97 percent which has not changed much over the years but what is interesting to me is about two-thirds of these people started with some form of extract before converting to all grain now we don't have the ability to do factorial analysis and stuff like that.
