How to Be a Better Coder

This episode will go five hours. One thing that has really been driving me crazy lately is the amount of crud type stuff, like literally just boilerplate code that you write day to day. Try to teach people something too while you're working, because it renews an interest in what you're working on. If you're greedy or you want to take a little break from fun stuff, then like a share point. Do some of that too. The one last piece in here for me that I thought was really good was when they talk about bugs and all these things where you can track the number of bugs that you bring down.
