It would be a while before they get to a position where supply is not an issue. The biggest obstacle is Medicare, especially for obesity because half of the obesity patients are Medicare and Medicare doesn't cover it. I think that hurdle would be removed once NO has a trial which is looking at whether reducing this weight among obese patients results into cardiovascular benefit.
