A Gay Man's Story and Passion for Mission Driven Work

i grew up in with a decent amount of privilege, and i always admit t that as a white mail and my story as well, i'm also a gay man. In a part of how life shaped up for me in a really traditional household, was that i never felt safe in the space to be able to actually talk openly about my sexuality. And so from that ethic has built this like, value of myself that i can only do purpose driven work,. The things that i do have to serve, bring in people to work for a collective. I find it hard and difficult, actually, to do something that feels intrinsically, even like four profit.
