The Future of Alloy

I'm focused on the short term which is maybe this weekend we have 220 concrete trucks coming at one time for a 24 hour for our 100 flatbush project. My mind space is very focused on how are we doing our construction amazing Jared I think it will transition us to this rental scenario but it'll also fundamentally change the nature of our company because for the first time we'll have recurring cash flow and that'll that'll be a meaningful goal for us over the next few years.
