Savour, Savour - The First Novel of the Year?
I was always enamored with the work of like Dorothy Kalins and Colman Andrews. Savour was in the early days under Colman, definitely pioneering publication. And I think initially that's why I gravitated towards Waxman. Even with farm to table these days, it's not what it was 20 years ago. You can kind of just use the market as a library now.
