It's a proprietary system so it's all tied into management tools and also being ready for a client who might say hey how much time do you guys spend on this? So we're able to pull up that report and pull up how all the number of employees spent on a particular client account. Because it feeds through the CRM system that you use. Yes, that is how it has evolved. But that's interesting. The evolution of your time tracking has actually been less focused on the advisors and more focused on the other non-advisory staff as a way to find where's the time consuming stuff that's chewing up a lot of hours that we need to improve.
