The accords were designed to bring the world together and support the values of startreck, which is a diverse, clusive science and discovery oriented. The purpose was really twofold one, to create the broadest, most diverse, beyond leo human space flight coalition in history. And we wanted to not only bolster the artemis programme, but leverage that to say that if you wanted to join art Artemis, there are enormous behaviour, rules of the road that we want you to abide by.
