What's the Big Idea?

Richardson: I love the idea of having a big idea. He is currently near santa monica, and unfortunately, you guys are on fire evacuation alert. So hopefullya you guys make it out. And so before we start talking about this incredible new book tat he has coming out, what i'd love to ask is, how do you answer the qustion, what do you do when people ask? What i believe is that we live in a world where, for most people, success is the end destination that they hope one day to finally get there.
