Spencer: What do you think of these results? I think they're kind of hilarious. Not a single person said 95th percentile or 90th percentile. It's clearly it's way downscured, right? Like there's no way really to make sense of this other than to say the people are underestimating their reality relative to the group. We've actually done some research on cases where people are under confident versus over confident. And like we tested 100 different skills and asked people basically what percentile they thought they would be in.
