The Importance of Risk Reduction in Breast Cancer

In stage 2, there's really no debate about a stage 2 patients being offered. Stage 1 is much more unclear to me; I'm having to have that conversation come with a shared decision. Ohio State has had to change practices and reserve the platinum base therapy for those who are curative intent. But we also want to reserve our patients who have been shown to have overall survival intent even if they're not curative.
