The Future of Our Oceans
Researchers say walking for ten or eleven minutes each day is a good whack of the recommended moderate intensity activity that you should get every week. Dr Leandro Garcia from Queen's University Belfast says, doing activities that you enjoy and that are easy to include in your weekly routine is an excellent way to become more active. John West cares about the future of our oceans so has partnered with the World Wide Fund for Nature Australia to reject irresponsible fishing practices.
