What Are You Most Proud of So Far?
Sunrise did a really good job of putting climate front and centre in national politics. And i'm particularly thinking of the inflation reduction act, which reduces our emissions by forty % by 20 30. I think thatl set the stage for the moment ta we are in right now - where people in congress are trying so hard to actually fight for climate legislation. That would have been unthinkable without social movements like sunrise,. Like the climate strikes, and many others. It's obvious, it's, like, not perfect by any means. But when you look back, what are you most proud of so far, in terms of sunrises winds? What do you want to build on from here?
