CAE's role and maybe changing that or is there anything they can do any guidance you could provide on hey I know this is a big deal but I think the I think it starts it starts with what the relationship is with the audit committee chair yeah. In in some organizations the CAE for the most part controls the agenda works with the Audit Committee Chair. The CFO might be responsible for other governance activities like the corporate secretary might be driving the agenda and you're just a contributor so I think it depends on what your role is"
