The 30 days of the San Quintin challenge has come to an end. We have been given a box with recipes, menus and other food items. Among them is a plastic tray, tumbler and spork - three objects that became very important to us over the course of the month. Nige talks about his attachment to these things: 'I can't thik any other item that i keep around me so much' He also reveals how he struggled with remorse for killing someone in self-defence but realised it was part of what makes him who he is. Tony says being open to others experiences is the best way you can be human.
