Some people who whose reviews I read were like, seemed to be expecting that there was going to be like some sort of twist. Like if anything, I was a little surprised that the explanation was kind of as tidy as it was. But what I didn't realize you'd be the dismissive of the question was whether it was because I knew from Jonathan Strange and Mrs. Norelle that I wasn't surprised. Like I wasn't, like I didn't. She makes magic a little mundane. This is a fantasy. It's not a simulation or even something like Soma or, no, like the book had been magical book, right? That's what I guess I'm looking
