Disablement in the Workplace

In the workplace, many artistic or other n divergent people have incredible skill at doing their work. The interview process is designed around how good you are at talking about yourself rather than actually doing the thing. Organizations disable us in a way that they don't allow us to show our actual skills. So it's not an inherent deficit, it's a social or environmental disabledment.
