What Constitute Rights?

I don't like the french civil system, i think it's a catastrophe. It has virtually no merit compared to the english common law system. And under english common law, you have all the rights there are. They are an intrinsic part of your being and a necessary corrective to the overreach of the state. The idea that you have a right to health care is like, while who's going to provide it, you can to force doctors to do that. That's what we're talking abut here. I'm also not a fan of bills of rights,. I think they're generally a mistake, really. I like the english system much better.
