How to Keep a Runner Active

When you have iliotibial pain, the first thing that I want to do is try to keep them as active as possible. And so treadmill is the best place to do that on. Everybody kind of naturally shortens their step length by about 3%. So some slight uphill treadmill running works great. If you can't do running, bump that and climb up to 10%.
