How Meditation Changes the Brain

Meditation makes significant, actual change inside the brain. So there's a number of very distinctive ways in which your brains can be changed by meditation. The good news is that if you're able to maintain a long tremeditation practice, you can maintain the thickness of your pre frontal cortex even as you age. Long term meditators have brains that, on average, look seven point five years younger than non meditators.
