The Church and the Spotless Spouse
The New Jerusalem, our mother is the church and also the spotless spouse, the bride of Christ as the church. And so those three images are simply kind of referenced, but they're not really dived into deeply. I think it's important for us to assess, maybe sit like this, to actually stop and say, okay, as we're talking about the church, do I have any, or any defenses as defenses? Are there any hackles that have been stirred up?
