I've Changed My Perspective on Incentives

Levitt: My biggest incentive in life is other people's approval and feeling smart. When i realized that madrian psyche probably wasn't hugely impressive to you, i was like, let's do something else. I'm deeply saddened by it. But i do feel like there wasn't a lot that could have been controlled. And i just had to offer them up to the universe and do the best i could to guide them along the way.
