The Power of Joy
When the focus is on rules or control that the energy is that it sucks energy out of you and when the focus is. on love, then the energy builds and grows and is shared. I like how the Quakers would have these meetings in which you basically just sat there. There was no one in charge other than the person who feels maybe inspired to speak. It's kind of like a guru everybody's like loves him or loves his songs. And he feeds on this joy. We feel joy with his songs and his performance which feeds him more. That type of experience can actually inspire people like, how can I find that in other parts of my life?
