The Fed's backstopping all depositors in all US banks. Does that mean if I'm some foreign company or large individual, I'm just going to go park as much money as I can across every US bank? What I'm saying is we might be creating a huge, huge potential bubble in the too big to fail banks. Any of these short-term things, which are broad-based that no one thinks about creates huge unintended consequences.
