Are There Role Models in Technology?
I think things are really changing. There's some fantastic role models now. I was watching Hannah Fry. We need to get more women with STEM type backgrounds on television, in social media. Lloyd's Banking Group has pretty much 50% of women on his senior team. When we look at technology, we've just appointed some real big hitting chief information officers. Three out of seven of them are women. But you can do it and young women need to see these role models. And if you look at role models, six out of ten women really are inspired by role models versus four out of ten men.
