When i started we only had 12 uh ten thousand dollars worth of inventory okay. We financed it all on credit cards and when we first opened people would come in and they would say well you guys get ready to go out of business and i'm like no we just opened yeah bro. That happened hundreds of times like thousands of times because we didn't have shit in the storeYeah so i think it's okay to not have a lot of stuff when you start but more important is really locking in customers that you do have taking your time to build a relationship with them. And also which requires a lot of discipline is to tell them when you don't actually have the solution for them or the clothes
