You Know, I've Never Worked With Anyone With a Learning Disability

I'm sorry to say that and rather ashamed of the industry that we haven't really gripped this or thought about it. I think physical disability was addressed to some degree around the London Paralympics 2012, particularly at Channel 4. We were very slow even then to think about learning disabilities. And I didn't think, oh, actually, there are also people with learning disabilities we need to think about how we can make our workplace functional for them.
