I hope that we can embrace the big need that we have to receive help from other people. I think independence is often celebrated, right? You go from needing everything as a human from everyone else. And some of us don't know how to step back from that. It's like the grief that we have around not being able to do things on our own. We have been taught that we always should be able to do it when in actuality maybe we always needed help.
