The Taiwanese Are Incredibly Good at Building Microchips

The promise here is that our entire world is built off of the fact that the Taiwanese are incredibly good at building microchips. This isn't this isn't and this isn't just like with let's say like the auto industry or other manufacturing where it's like in exchange for saving $2 off of let's say this mug we eviscerated the Midwest. That's not the situation of chips at all.
