Do Bed Nets Really Work?

Aaron Carroll: I'm a sucker for like policy evaluation and asking the basic question of does it work. He says you can have measured impact on very specific issues such as bed nets or deworming pills if they're coupled with other things that are going to help people in their lives. But he adds, once you get outside of that it is essentially epistemically impossible to unpick the way in which your money is having an impact.
