Pain is your body's warning system. By that, I mean, it exists to protect you and save your life. But like every system in the human body, the pain system can fail. So one of the biggest errors we often make as humans is believing that just because you have pain, it means necessarily that a body part is damaged or broken. And that's not always what pain means.
