i think that there's a lot going on in this story. There's a lot of symbolism in a lot of different ways you can approach this story. I like looking at things through that angle, because it really allows us to explore things from a self responsibility perspective. The mother is the one holding the boy back from being able to get his golden ball and what that mean. You could see that as well, she was given the key because she can be trusted with it,. m or you could see that she's being blamed for holding this beast back. But i do think that this story does speak to something about the relationship between a boy and his mother, and thus lead the relationship that
