Is There a Hierarchy Within the Demon World?

There seems to be a sort of hierarchy here is well, right? From a catholic perspective, we talk about the the hierarchy of the angels. When one third of the angels fell, they fell from all ninech so there is also a hierarchy within the demonic world. And i think most exorcists will tell you that when somebody is possessed, it's not a case of just one demon, but multiple demons. Even listening to bible stories about jesus casting out demons, they go from speaking in the singular to the plural back and forth.
