How to Heighten Your Awareness Through Shadow Work
The atonement is intended for us to come into contact with our shadow parts and embrace those weaknesses that we have. We can heighten our awareness around our own hubrus by acknowledging our humanity, which is in essenceour shadow parts. It's really important, as we Heighten Our Self Awareness, to notice where are we self, deceiving? Where are we justifying our bad behaviour? And where are we blaming other people on for things that we see out there that we don't want to acknowledge in ourselves?
