A 20 11 study conducted in the usa by a harvard university affiliated team from massachusetts general hospital found that meditation actually alters the shape of the brain. Over an eight week period, the studies participants spent an average of 27 minutes a day meditating. The more relaxed and stress free we are, the better able we are to manifest.
