Croatia: The Perfect Summer Destination

Croatia is such a summer destination, I think that September is the sweet spot. If you're going to Dubrovnik or the far south, early October is the absolute best because it's still swimming weather for most people and doesn't have crowds at all. Lole Wine Bar in Kortula does these really, really creative tapas that are different every single night. The people are wonderful and welcoming and it's just a total party.
