I think every leader's got to take at least 20 minutes out and do some form of introspection, reflection. And if the answer that is no too many days in a row, you got to quit and move on orTake time off in refresh, renew. I was pretending kind of I was kind of faking it to make it for change life. That wasn't who I was. So really encouraging people to be themselves.
