"Knowledge is power, and part of that power is knowing that sometimes we don't need to beat ourselves up. Sometimes the stuff the world of diets and exercise tells us to do is counter productive to our bodies," says doctor stacy simps. She's a physiologist specializing in the sex differences between men and women when it comes to diet and exercise. There are ways we can exercise at different stages to improve our health, reach goals and get out of vicious self loathing cycles.
