The Paradigm of Retail
Most retail doesn't have those attributes. Even look at Walmart, I say it's a business that does well, but they need to be so good. Costco has so much goodwill, which is customers and so much that they do for their customers. That mode is very solid. Amazon comes in and no matter how well Walmart executes, it's a paradigm shift and it's difficult. So Walmart has to change the way it is. It's okay that train and left the station. There are a million trains yet to come.
