Russian journalist Dmitry Elovsky talks to Eamon from Lithuania about the house arrest in Russia of General "Armageddon" Surovikin, one of Putin's former leading generals, and, as Russia's central bank raises interest rates will Putin lose Russian hearts and minds as the power of his propaganda is diminished by the cost of living and the impact on Russian lives.
