User Testing - The First Time I Used It

When user testing first came out, it was a big deal. You send it out, you get a bunch of responses back. And I remember sitting there watching the video that came back where you can see the person's screen and you can hear their voice. But if you don't write those tasks and choose the test and write the instructions well, then you might not get the information you're looking for.
