I think clarity in either direction can be sort of risky because it means you might be excluding people. Re-around clarifying that we're open to all points of view, I think generally most employees want to work in a place where you can do that. You're worried about some unfair criticism from the outside and that it's going to create a bunch of unnecessary and unwanted pain from people who are taking advantage of that issue. People are motivated by either the reward that is out there for actually doing the thing or the potential pain that might exist.
