The Importance of Product and Service Improvement

The product and service improvement is probably the most important thing that's contributed to our system. We built an autopsies I use autopsies because it paints a really clear picture although it's a little rough but around the analogy edges. When somebody dies they cut you open they figure out what didn't work that made you die. And we look at that across every project in the business that still closes to this day which is a whole lot of them. Sometimes easy answer right hey that's just it happened there's nothing we can do, no real action is gonna be taken other times we overhaul our entire onboarding process like we did a month ago.
