I don't think we have enough matter in our solar system to make a dicen sphere, i think some things can be made of it. It would be a good idea to use solar panels outside of the earth because there's no clouds and then you'd have to get the power down to the surface. Is that too hard? Like we already have a very difficult engineering problem
