The Effects of Technology on Kids
The suits are based upon recent precedents or recent cases that have held successful public nuisance claims against the opioid manufacturers. Perhaps the answer is greater education, perhaps more parental involvement and control over the technologies that their kids use. If we end up five years from now in a world where some states have a much reduced role of large scale public school systems,. Maybe in those environments, the effects of these technologies on kids will be greatly diminished.
