The State of Cosmetics in the US
The bill, yes, it's the only state bill. It says that every year, tens of thousands of rabbit skinny pigs mice and rats are killed to test cosmetics in the US alone. The actual bill is very neutral and like a law. And they're talking about it for like science reasons as well. Most respectable companies aren't even testing on animals anyway.
