The biggest thing for us is like, we're just bad on the phones. The whole tone throughout the whole call, it just doesn't feel like we're having a real conversation. We got off scripts a while ago because it caused a problem. And our team didn't know how to have an organic conversation,. But I don't think we've found a better replacement for that. What are the conversion rates when you do get someone on the phone?
